Two accompanying tutorials will be held on Sunday 28th September 2008 immediately preceding the conference.

The theme of the first tutorial is Power Quality Measurement, Reporting and Standards.

This tutorial will be lead by world renowned experts Professor Math Bollen (Sweden), Mr Robert Koch (South Africa), and Professor Vic Gosbell (Australia).

The theme of the second tutorial is Harmonics Modelling and simulation. This tutorial will be lead by Professor Gary Chang (Taiwan), Professor Paulo Ribeiro (USA) and Professor Wilsun Xu (Canada) who are members of the Task Force on Harmonics Modelling & Simulation.

Registration for the tutorials is via the conference registration page. Please note that the tutorials will run in parallel.

The venue for both tutorials will be building 67 at the University of Wollongong.

A 2 day course on Mitigation Methods of Power System Quality Problems using PSCAD/EMTDC presented by LK Technical is to be held in conjunction with ICHQP at The University of Wollongong. This course is scheduled for immediately after the conference on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd October 2008.
